Returns and Exchanges

Because of the nature of the work, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me via the contact page (I'll ask for photos if applicable)

Canceling an order

If you'd like to cancel an order, I need to know ASAP! Processing time takes roughly 1-3 business days, so contact within 72 hours of placing your order is necessary. After 72 hours, cancellations are not accepted.


Please contact me with details to request a refund. If a refund is deemed necessary, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Processing time: Varies per item, typically 1-3 business days.

Estimated shipping for North America: 3-7 business days. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the chosen shipping method and carrier. Any delays after the item ships are out of my control.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Any delays with customs are out of my control
